Data processed

The PdT – Storytelling Cards website may process data voluntarily provided by users, for example through contact requests. When online sales are activated, data required for account registration, order management, payments and shipping may also be processed.

• Respond to user requests.
• Provide information about PdT products.
• Manage accounts and orders.
• Manage payments and shipping.
• Comply with administrative, tax and legal obligations.

Legal basis

Processing takes place when necessary to respond to a user request, perform a contract or comply with legal obligations. Where required, processing will be based on the user’s consent.

Data sharing

Data may be disclosed only to parties necessary for the provision of the service, such as technical providers, payment services and shipping providers. The final list will be updated when the online sales system is implemented.

Retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods required by law.

Cookies

The website currently uses only technologies necessary for its operation. This section will be updated if analytics, authentication, payment services or other technologies using cookies or tracking tools are introduced.
