Data processed

The PdT Storytelling Cards website may process data voluntarily provided by users, for example through contact requests. When online sales are activated, data required for account registration, order management, payments and shipping may also be processed.

Purposes

• Respond to user requests.
• Provide information about PdT products.
• Manage accounts and orders.
• Manage payments and shipping.
• Comply with administrative, tax and legal obligations.

Legal basis

Processing takes place when necessary to respond to a user request, perform a contract or comply with legal obligations. Where required, processing will be based on the user’s consent.

Data sharing and contact form

The contact form does not use an external delivery service. When the form is completed and the button is pressed, the user’s email application opens with the recipient, subject and message pre-filled. The message is sent directly from the user’s email account to pdtstorytellingcards@gmail.com only after the user presses Send in their email app.

Data may be disclosed only to parties necessary for the provision of the service, such as technical providers, payment services and shipping providers. The final list will be updated when the online sales system is implemented.

Expressions of interest and initial testing

The Pre Order page contains a form that prepares an email in the visitor's email application. The website does not send the message automatically or store submissions in a database. If the visitor sends the email, the controller receives their name, email address, professional area (optional), type of interest, non-binding estimate of copies (optional), and any separately indicated consent to updates. The data are used to respond to the enquiry and assess interest in the project. This is not an order or reservation. Consent to further communications is optional and may be withdrawn by contacting the controller. Please do not include health data or confidential information about clients or patients.

The form also accepts an optional Low, Mid or Top preference. Account registration and licensed digital documents are planned only: there is no active account, payment or protected resource access. This notice will be updated before activation.

Retention

Data will be retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and, where applicable, for the periods required by law.

Data subject rights

Users may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or further information regarding their personal data by writing to: pdtstorytellingcards@gmail.com.

Cookies

The website currently uses only technologies necessary for its operation. This section will be updated if analytics, authentication, payment services or other technologies using cookies or tracking tools are introduced.
